SJ Clemenger has agreed to sell its 50% shareholding in Clemenger Bertling Projects Pty Ltd, marking a new phase for both businesses as they pursue their next stage of growth.
After a successful period of collaboration in the Australian project logistics market, SJ Clemenger has entered into an agreement to divest its 50% share in Clemenger Bertling Projects Pty Ltd to its joint venture partner effective 31 December 2025.
This decision allows SJ Clemenger to sharpen its focus on core freight and logistics solutions across the Asia-Pacific region, while Clemenger Bertling Projects continues to operate its business in Australia under its existing structure. Following this sale, SJ Clemenger is no longer associated with Clemenger Bertling Projects Pty Ltd.
