AC Group Acquisition Announcement
8 December, 2025 – SJ Clemenger Group is happy to announce the acquisition of the business of AcGroup Worldwide Limited and Abco China Limited (collectively as “AcGroup”). AcGroup is a Hong Kong-based freight forwarder specialising in the Latin America markets with 3 offices in China – Guangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai. Effective 8 December, 2025 the AcGroup business will be trading as SJC Freight Worldwide Limited and 17 AcGroup colleagues will be joining SJ Clemenger for this transition.
This business acquisition aligns with our Group’s strategy to diversifying into new markets as well as opening up new opportunities for our business network in Asia and Oceania. It marks another milestone in the evolution of our business as we continue to build the SJ Clemenger vision to becoming a top tier freight and logistics business in the Asia-Pacific region.
